Hi, I’m Lou, the designer behind ONYX Business Support.
Since 2019, I’ve worked with small businesses, and one thing has come up time and time again: people don’t just want a website. They want someone they can trust to handle it for them. Someone who understands their business, communicates clearly, and creates something that actually feels aligned.
That’s exactly why Express Websites were created.
Alongside my work designing custom Squarespace and Shopify websites, I wanted to offer a more streamlined option for those who don’t need all the complexity, but still want something that looks professional, feels considered, and is built properly.

3. Send through your content
You’ll receive a simple, guided online form to complete. Upload your logo, images, and details about your business. No need to overthink the wording, we refine and polish everything so it feels clear, aligned, and professional.
4. We build your website
Your site is carefully crafted by a real human, not generated or rushed. Every section is considered to create something that feels elevated, cohesive, and easy to use.
5. First look
You’ll receive a private link to view your website as if you were a visitor. From here, you can request any edits or changes, which we’ll take care of for you.
6. Launch
We guide you through connecting your domain and activating your site. With a simple final step, your website is live and ready to be shared.
Timeframes
Most Express Websites are completed within 10 days from content submission. If you’re working toward a specific date, just let us know and we’ll always do our best to align where possible.
